Keeping your project on target

We recognise the importance of controlling and integrating all stages of a project to ensure a successful conclusion. In addition to our own resources we utilise the skills of dependable sub-contractors whilst retaining overall management of the project. Ultimately a smooth operation results from plain common sense. A summary of services is described below.

Design

The design of a system begins with an enquiry from you, the client. You tell us what you want as the end result, we'll work out how to get there. From that point we can create a specification which forms the basis of all work carried out until completion. We are very amenable to "variations" but we endeavour to work from the correct specification at the start.

Engineering

Our Engineers are competent in all aspects of network and software engineering, plus a great deal more. Between us we have a vast amount of experience; no challenge is too great (so far)! See technology.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the highest standards by technicians familiar with working on high profile sites where presentation is important and minimum disruption is essential. Method Statements and Risk Assessments are provided for even the most routine tasks and work is carried out to our own Quality Management System in addition to external standards, e.g. NICEIC.

Commissioning

As much preparation as possible is done off site to reduce commissioning time on site. Remote access and diagnostic tools are used wherever possible. This causes minimum disruption to the client and ensures that a system is up and running in a very short time.

Project Management

Detailed project management is required to co-ordinate the many and varied components of a project. This includes project documentation. We provide regular progress reports and attend project meeting to a schedule that suits the client.

Maintenance & Service

Once a project has been completed we can implement a maintenance plan to ensure continuous operation of a system and upgrade as required. Our systems lend themselves to remote maintenance, keeping travel and sites visits to a minimum. Various service options are available. See support.
